When a parent is confronted with an emergency, there is simply no time to search Google, search YouTube or even wait for emergency responders—especially when the average response time of 911 nationally is 10 minutes. The reality is you don't have 10 minutes. A baby or child who is choking, as an example, will pass out within a matter of seconds, and brain damage from lack of oxygen can occur within 4-6 minutes (or less).
Parents must have the ability to react instantly with the kind of life-saving skills we teach here at Safe Kids CPR, but it all begins with preventing it from happening in the first place. Our mission is to significantly reduce childhood deaths and injuries worldwide by empowering parents with essential knowledge, life-saving skills, and access to trusted experts and resources, ensuring the protection and well-being of their children.
In pursuit of this mission, we have partnered with Safe Kids CPR to deliver life-saving skills directly to you. Mark, a Certified Pediatric and Adult CPR, AED, and First Aid Instructor, Babysitter Trainer Instructor, and Water Safety Ambassador, embarked on this journey after a personal experience with his son Markus choking on a piece of pineapple. Recognizing the importance of these skills, we joined forces with Mark to make them accessible to all parents and caregivers.
Tragedies often strike unexpectedly, and it's only when they do that we realize the importance of being prepared. Personally, as a parent who witnessed my daughter chronically choking as a toddler, I understand the fear and urgency. I wish I had access to a membership like this to refresh my knowledge and skills during those challenging times.

In 2016, my husband Edward and I embarked on a journey dedicated to serving the families of Orange County. Our first office in Irvine, CA, marked the humble beginning of a dream – to gift soon-to-be parents with cherished memories of their baby. From those initial steps, our growth has been remarkable, expanding our presence from Fullerton to Laguna Hills.
